When I have the D0 wire from the wireless adapter plugged in I get the Flashing Red and Green on the Eject button. The Xenium chip is lit red. I have version 1.4 xbox. If I undo the wire then the system does come up but to the default xbox splash screen. The Xenium chip is still lit red.

    Any ideas

I have rechecked the d0 connection (making sure it is the right hold, it appears to be)

if it is not the DO point then it is the pins not getting connection...

make sure all pins are making good contact..and see if the adapter is leveled...

people like to use the paper trick for that problem...

search the official xenium chip forum for the paper trick

turn system on and firmly push chip and you will fill chip sink in then unplug or turn off console and let go of chip re-connect d0 wire and should work fine very simple

Flashing red and green means you have a good D0 connection but a bad LPC connection.
