Newby - copy problems

    I just recently purchased DVDXCOPY XPRESS and used it for the first time. Software seemed to work fine, but when I played the copy movie on my stand alone DVD player the movie skips. Sometimes whole chapters.
    If you rewind the missing segments seem to be there, why don't they play?
    Appreciate your help. Thanks

    Poor media. Try a different brand.

    Make sure you use good Quality media Ritek brand with the G04 dye.Check the Media thread in AD for more specific help on disc brands/type etc,

    How large is the file you're trying to backup? Like the othres said what media are you using? Download this application and give us the manufactures ID only. It contains adverts but know spyware.

    My experience has taught me that large type 9 movie over compressed can cause skips, bad media will cause it to skip or sometimes just fingerprint smudges or scratches can cause skips, look at it under a bright light. Is its surface clean?
