Newegg Sucks!

    I bought a Fine Digital Fine Drive GPS system from Newegg in Nov. '06 It did not work. Newegg told me to send it to Fine Digital for repair. It is now August,07 and I have yet to get my GPS back. Newegg said they would help me and they didn't. They have been giving me the run-around since March. Newegg stinks like an OLD egg!

    Newegg is great, I've purchased several things from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. In most of thier sales they plainly state that all warranty work will be through the manufacturer so your bitch should be with Fuji, not with NewEgg. Even if they told you they would help you remedy the problem they really have no obligation past sending you the product in question.

    I'm not on their payroll and I misread your post ( I was thinking fuji Fine Pix), probably just like you did when you thought newegg was the one to slander.

    Me thinks it is time for a trip to the safety valve...

    We are both entitled to our own opinions. But if you put "Newegg sucks" in a search engine you might be surprised at how many people agree with me.
