I won't bore you with the details, but I've had a terrible experience with newegg.com. Basically, in my opinion, if you have a problem with a product purchased from them and need to return it, expect a major hassle. From my experience, they seem to do everything they can to avoid fulfilling their promises including their 30-day refund policy. I purchased a product that didn't work in my application. I requested a return authorization within the 30 days. First they claimed I had missed the 30-day deadline. I had to push back hard to get them to admit their mistake. Now they want to send me a replacement instead of a refund. I told them I wanted a refund and they again said I hadn't contacted them within 30 days. I'm still trying to get a refund.
