You could try resetting the browser back to factory settings: The default factory settings can be reset by pressing and holding the A + B + X + Y + L + R buttons while starting the Browser. A window will ask you to confirm your desire to restore all settings back to their defaults.
Thanks for the info i have tried this loads of times and it doesn't seem to work, it still says password incorrect, i am pressing all buttons as soon as i loas the ds browser, have also tried holding and then turning machine on, not working, do you have any further suggestions, mnay thanks c
