no audio

    HI,Well i did a M/S update now i no audio at all,went into device manager and tried to enable audio but it said it did not exist,also everything was grayed out so i could not get into it to see if anything was muted,thanks
    Also i have task icon of speaker

    Sounds like you need to re-install your drivers for your audio.

    Can't you use the Restore Point before the update?

    Well i wondered why it disappeared,but there was no mention of where it went so i had to go other forms and found my fix now i do audio out of PC speakers.

    HI,I had to go into M/S fix-it program to get my sound back,it also ran diagnostic scan of PC to find out what was wrong with sound ran fix-it program now have sound.
