No colour picture after capture with advc-100

    hello , i am newer
    i have prolbem , please help me. i have just buy advc-100 (canopus) and capture from my old vhs tape to dvd
    i user winxp pro, firewire card, adobe premiere 7.0, gefore4 , 64 mbram,
    after i connect cable to my pc , i can see pictuer in adobe premiere, but they are BLACK AND WHITE PICTURE .
    MY vhs tape is pal, vcr is Pal, i have also swith dip to pal mode. PLEASE HELP ME . THANKS A LOT

    Well the Only thing I can think of that makes your Video go Black and White is either not haveong the dip switch on Pal or the VHS Tape is Macrovision Copy protected......Is the VHS Tape a Store Bought Tape or one you recorded yourself???

    If you can not get this resolved then contact canopus as they have good Tech support....
