no forward ports on bitornado,can you help?

i have been using bitornado for a while now. all of a sudden it has stopped working.the message(could,nt listen-unable to forward port via UpnP)does anyone know what to do?

 

have you recently installed any new software i.e. antispyware, antivirus or firewall?

 

yes, asquared and spyware terminater.

 

make sure they are allowing the download program mate

 

i have uninstalled the spyware. And disabled my UPnP. i can download,but my download light stays on yellow.It never goes to green.P.S thankyou for your heip.

 

i had this you need to go into network connections go to your internet connection and make sure that it is not firewalled once you have done this it should be ok if you have already done this let me know
