no picture in power dvd 4.0 or meda player 8.0 the sound works fine. a week ago i didnt have this problem but now i have. i think this problem begun when i installed dvd2svcd. i only have problems with divx files mpeg-1 and mpeg-2 works fine. whats da deal here is it some kind of codec thats gone bad or...? -= what if tomorrow today would be yesterday =- lz
so i already managed to break on of the rulez on this forum... therefore i update my problem. ive checked this site out for a coedec pack http://www.divx-digest.com/software/nimo_pack.html but i still cant figure out were the confliction lies. media player 8.0 should be ayble to play divx files if it works with ver. 7.0... should i now install the codec pack for media player 6.4 i guess there isnt any awaileble for ver. 8.0 because it should be included. does anyone have an opinion... -= the brightest lite in life is when u wake up from da dream ure livin' in =-
usually nimo codec pack has all you need, but in this case try http://www.divx-digest.com/software/tsunami_pack.html and http://www.divx-digest.com/software/smrcodec.html and http://www.tmdmoviez.com and click download. also, see if you can open divx movies in media player 6.4, just go to run and type mplayer2.exe and it will open ;-)
jepp got it to work yesterday i also got power dvd 4.0 to play my svcds but i dont remember wich codec it was... but it doesnt mather now... thank u for your help -= what if tomorrow today would be yesterday =- lz (sad_axe)
