I have Dell Media and used to be able to playback all my Dvd's thru my comp. But now for some strange reason, eveytime I put a dvd in Dell Media says it does not support the playback and that I would need Cyberlink PowerDvd.I used to have Powerdvd also and never had any problems with playback. Is there something that maybe I did to change this operation from the way it used to be?

I rienstalled powerdvd but now it is called cyberlink powerdvd and it is a seperate source .I used to just put in a dvd and Dell media would start to play that disk right away. Now it tells me to go open powerdvd and even when I open it up and the dvd starts to play ,there is no sound. My wife just recently downloaded MSN 8, and that seems to have knocked the playing thru Dell Media. Any suggestions.
