no sound after using TMPGEnc

    i converted an avi file to mpg using TMPGEnc.but the converted file has no sound at all.i have used TMPGEnc many times and have never had this happen.the sound is fine on the orginal avi file.does anyone know how i can get the mpg file to play sound?thanks

    I have the same problem, it works fine on some avi files and not on other avi files.
