no sound or jerky playback/divX ac3 file

    I have a film an ac3,when i play it has no sound i got an ac3 filter which is half the solution,now the sound is there,but the picture + sound jerk and im told cannot find decompressor.AAAARRRRGGGHHHH!!! All i want is smooth playback please help im close to critical mass!

    Yes i have the right codec for sound,thats no problem. I can play a movie,and for no apparent reason,it jerks sometimes,then a box will appear on the screen saying divX needs to close. It's driving me mad
