No sound when converting DVDRip.DivX-DOMiNiON's to vcd using TMPGEnc

    When using TMPGEnc, I am trying to convert the file above to mpg format so I'll be able to play this on my dvd/vcd player.
    However, the file gets converted no problem, but without sound. Is there anything I can do to overcome this problem.
    Any ideas/guidelines would be greatly appreciated
