Hi, I cannot get sound anymore from Giga pocket when I want to capture a film. I ve notice that with the ones I captured before and successfully turned into AVI files or DVDs I can play them but also without any sound (same isue if using Premiere 6.0 / Window Media Player / Real one Player etcc).. It used to work perfectly! Sound card is ok as I can play and hear any purchased DVds or music. Seems like there is a problem when playing avi file type. Can someone help please ?
lacourap, Acquire Video Inspector. Drop the file into it and see if proper audio codecs are installed.
