I borrowed a digital camcorder from my friend and am trying to put video on a dvd. the program I am using is sonic mydvd, I'm able to get the movie from the camera to my computer and on dvd but I can't get any sound and there's sound on the video from the camera don't know what to do or if there's a differen't program that is free to use that is easier. Or maybe when I capture my movie with sonic mydvd there is a option for sound to enable but I can't find any such thing.
Well, first of all you need to check whether you have the necessary codecs. If not, try download and install K-Lite Codec Pack (full or mega version) from this site to see if you have the sound back. Also, try convert to dvd compliant format first, and check the results before the final burning. Good luck!
