if n e 1 can help it wud b gr8fully appreciated - ive downloaded movie clips from limewire or morpheus then converted them with videora and dragged them over to my ipod in, when i go 2 watch the video it plays but there is no sound
Does the lack of sound occur when they are in iTunes, or just on your iPod? Which version of the iPod firmware are you running.
You may have issues with iPod firmware. The iPod firmware v1.1 has cropped up many problems with video playback with videos transcoded using 3rd party software (non -iTunes videos). Whether this has been done purposely by Apple or not remains to be seen. Are you running v1.1 (the latest) version of the iPod firmware?
OK. Well use this link to downgrade your iPod's firmware to v1.0 http://www.ipodhacks.com/forums/showthread.php?t=813 Once you have done so, your problem should be eradicated
