no transponder to scan

    just updated new firmware onto my eurovox 1000 but is coming up no transponder to scan could someone help

    check the cables are connected

    ya i checked i did everything that was on the flashing guide. i went into clear data and factory default and hit 6887 then went on powerscan and that came up after

    try this,, go to fast install and press the red button for advanced instalation ,,set the 1st box for 280.00 and the 2nd for 600.00 and press ok
