please someone help, i soldered my x3 flashed the bios with the newest bios configured all my settings everything was working perfect i tried to boot using quicklaunch it says to hold trigger to boot from app, i didnt know which one was considered the trigger so i held down all buttons during boot, when i let go the xbox rebooted with no video. I unplugged it and left it for 5 min still nothing but ive been getting audio. when i change the dipswitches to another bank, the screen comes on to flash the bios, so i flashed a new one in another bank,and when it shut down after installing the bios i turned it back on and the same thing is happening. you can here everything going on but there is no video... PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME
Ok! I was hoping someone else would reply but I have a long shot for you. Any chance you changed the video mode on the eeprom. Go into the chip settings and make sure it is set to the right region. Use the map on the right here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PAL . Its a long shot but all i can think of.

thanx, the problem was that when i hit all the buttons on the controller i had enabled pal setting, but i couldnt get it back to ntsc because i couldnt see anything. i had to download pictures of the x3 bios and blindly find my way to the setting using pictures of the bios and it worked thank you

another thing you could have done was dl Enigmah's video switcher , and booted it, if you hold A and restart the xbox your video mode will be switched to NTSC, if you hold B its PAL.
