no voices in films

    im experiencing this annoying thing on a new SMC dvd player(i think someone has been playing with the settings.The dvd`s play fine,there is all the background sounds but no voices.
    Have found that if i adjust the settings to two channel(as in not 5.1 sounds)i can get the voices but i get this annoying blokes voice talking over the scenes telling me what the ppl are wearing and such like.It`s just ruined kill bill 2 for me lol.
    Anyone know how to get the voices back to normal n to stop this voice over bloke from gettin on me nerves.?

    LMAO, sounds like u got directors commentarie or designers commentary, is this a DVD?
