Followed all the steps in the guide but ot no WAV file to select... I am trdoing DVD to VCD... anybody know what happened?
Yep, the same thing happened to me following the guide just recently. After a bit of investigatin' i think i found the problem is a difference in the version of DVD2AVI available now to that when the guide was written. I got V 1.77.3 just the other day and this is what you need to do: "DVD2AVI audio settings"... Follow all the instructions as it says but add one more for the first time you use DVD2AVI. Go to 'Audio > Output Method' and change the option there to 'Decode to WAV'. I think it must default to Demux on first run but now that i have changed it remembered it next time i ran it. Now if only i can work out why my Divx was 2.4G instead of 1.4G.... ;-)
