    May I have a hand from you people who understand cellphone technology more than I do?
    I have an older nokia 3200 phone that I'd like to start using again.

    it's a
    Nokia 3200b
    imei 352521001330181
    USA - Att&t Wireless, now cingular

    and instructions for how to do this would be appreciated.
