    while trying to unlock this phone, it has created a hard lock. is there any way to now unlock it?

    You will have to take your phone a repair place, flash it yourself with a cable, or contact your current service provider. These are all relatively expensive.

    Usually starting around $60-$80 and up to $200 from some service providers (Oputs for example charges $194.50 for hard lock release.

    Your cheapes be would be to a local electronics repair shop. Good luck!
