    I have a: Nokia 5070.
    IMEI: 357698010634780
    Country-Provider: Australia - Optus

    thank you, but it doestn work.
    it comes up saying "cannot undo restriction"

    i have tried both codes twice now :(
    can you help?

    Sorry mate nothing i can do.

    You mobile is hardlocked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.


    “Can Not Undo Restriction” or “Not allowed” means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.
