nokia 6010 unlock or restiction code

    i have a nokia 6010 with the cingular name on the phone that when i put in my card it says phone restricted. i have tired a few codes but maybe i need a different code. i need it for cellular one in duluth minnesota. i think thegsm band we have is 850 if that helps any. can anyone help?
