I tried this and it said 'Code Error'. I have put in the SIM that doesnt work, and when I get 'Phone restricted', I press 'Undo', and then under 'Enter restriction code', I enter your code. What am I doing wrong? Thank-you.
If that is three tries, I think you may have hard locked this phone. I believe it is a BB5 phone. They are hard to spot. I think you only get three tries. Read the stickies. See: Models we can not unlock. http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/405992 Firmware Version: Type *#0000# . If it is RM-225, it is BB5 and only T-Mobile can give you a code but if it is hard locked, the T-Mobile will not work either. J
