I have tried three times myself to unlock this phone but am doing something wrong so dont want to risk it anymore..here is the info:

thanks for the quick response..

unfortunately it said 'cannot undo restriction' and just displayed a message saying 'phone restricted'.

when i turn off and back on again it still allows me to enter a code...
