Your Phone is hardlocked. It will only work on Cingular. Your phone is a Tri-band phone. 850/1900/1800Mhz. That cannot be changed by software. It would cost too much to modify the hardware. The only way to get the phone unlocked would be to take or send it to a professional unlocker.
