Try this Turn on the phone with a different network provider SIM card. You'll get phone restricted msg(something like that) then press undo the it will ask for a restiction code then type one of these codes: #pw+198204710664710+1# #pw+359956473711763+7# (press * three times to get "w" and press it four times to get "p") If it says "SIM restriction off" then its unlocked. Only one of these codes will work so try both but only once each because you only have 5 tries! Post back if once you entered both codes it said "Code Error".
