hi all....my nokia wants to reformat memory card but i will lose all my files if i do this and cannot access them now...is there a free programme out there i can access them again and copy them onto my laptop....thanks
yes u can download the latest nokia pc suite for 6300 from nokia.com then transfere all info onto laptop via usb cable
thanks for the reply wizard but i tried that and the suite doesnt recognise the card....doesnt show up in the programme at all, when i try to open the card in the phone it promps me to reformat it, and if i do that i will only lose my files.
ok i hav heard or this problem once before so i might suggest putting the memory card into another phone because i think the problem may be that the phone cant recoginise the memory card, as far as im aware 6300 can only use a 2mb card so maybe try another handset with the card on the suite..best of luck
