Dear JG, Thank you for your reply. We have entered the code as you suggested, up to and including the last hash key. After putting in the last hash we sat and watched it, but nothing happened. The code remained on the screen. Neither an error, nor a success message. We wondered if we needed to press the centre button, the one that normally means select, so we did that too, but still nothing happened. we have left the code sitting on the screen for the time being.
