Nokia Unlock help(not your average question)

    ok i am using the ultimate calculator to try to unlock my nokia 6010

    here is the details..

    Nokia 6010
    IMEI
    0104200004010367
    Code
    0528946IM12TW
    locked to T Mobile USA

    anyhow i enter every thing in, but what the heck is GID1? and you guys all talk about getting 7 codes, but this program only gives me 2

    ok i think i found an answer to one of my questions... but what type is the 6010 is it DCT3 or DCT4? and if its 4 whats the ANIC number and code
