Can you tell what extension the file has? Zip, rar, or something like that.

If you are running xp, right click on the file, select extract all, then it will lead you through an installation, you will have to specify a directory, put it under c:, or programs. If you don't have a zip extractor. go to downloads.com and just enter "zip," there are hundreds, but pick a free one, with good reviews. This is a link to winzip, it's shareware, but you just have to put up with nag screens. Good luck.

After you extract the file, go to the folder that you extracted to. Look for the .exe file. It may say setup, or the program name. Click it and the program should install itself. That should get you going.
