Noob Question Regarding Top Up TV Anytime

Hi. I managed to get one of the new Top Up TV Anytime boxes off of Ebay, and I have a relativly simple question to ask.

I've noticed that you can record TV a lot like you can with Sky+. Well, what I want to know is, how can you transfer what you record to your PC so that you can burn it to disc. Do you need a specific wire to connect it to your PC, and do you get this with the box.
