Norton 360 Help!

    Everytime i try to install norton 360 it just fails either its when its checking the system right at the start or half way thourgh instilation which makes me then use Symantec Norton Removal Tool which is a Pain in the A$$ as ive done it 12x's now.
    Error code is 9999,171 im trying to instal Symantec Norton 360.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Its really getting on my nerves....
