I recently got an HP DVD burner and have not been able to back up movies that I own. After getting DVD ripper it tells me everything else is ok but says I don't have 4 gb on my hard drive. What do I do?

This might sound stupid, but how much room do you have on your hard drive?

I have 23.5 gb left and 32.2 used. I got a message that said something about FAT32, which I know pertains to disc space. Do you have any ideas?

Check your ripper settings. It sounds to me that you are trying to rip the movie to one big file. eg Your DVD is 7 gb and you try to rip it as 7 gb file. This is possible but only if your HD format is NTFS (even then I don't advise 1 file), FAT32 only supports upto 4 gb file size. Adjust you settings so that the max VOB file size is 1 gb. You should then be OK and will have 7 VOB files. You can use IFOEDIT to remove the extras you don't want in the same way.
