I seem to have gotten this virus the other day and I can not figure out how to get rid of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello! If your Windows is genuine, please download SP1! After downloading & Installing -> Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop. Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive% (Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix) Don't do anything yet! ================ Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop. * Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it. * Click the Scan for Vundo button. * Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button. * You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES * Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo. * When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK. * Please post the contents of C:\vundofix.txt and a new HiJackThis log. Note: It is possible that VundoFix encountered a file it could not remove. That's too bad, because I'm not sure if those programs work right at pirate-Windows You should check any updates from WindowsUpdate, because they will protect your computer. And if you are lucky SP1 can be downloaded to your computer, I'm not sure.
