    Yep, that's me - a DVD newbie! :)

I burned some vob files to a DVD-RW with my new, first ever DVD-burner, a Sony CD/DVD-Burner with NTI DVD Maker (a new program for me), so far so good.

I went to add more files to the disk with it (same program)and it asked if I wanted to add (multi-session), so I said yes.

After the second burn, I only see the files from the first burn. Yet, the DVD-RW disk has the extra space taken up for the new files.

I think they are [bold]on[/bold] the disk, just not the Table of Contents. What am I doing wrong here, folks?

Thx in advance for the help.

You need to rip/unencrypt either all files (VOB BUP IFO files) or all VOB files and appropriate IFO file , the latter being for just Movie-Only back ups.
All files is for a FULL-DISK back up.

I could sit here telling you exactly how to do it but I would suggest reading a few threads before

Thx, gigripper, but I'm not actually trying to back up a whole movie - just certain scenes I have saved in .VOB format.

Anway, I am having the same problem with NTI DVD-Maker and other types of files. The fact these happen to be .VOB is not really material. I just don't understand why the files fromm all the different sessions don't show on the disk.

lol - Why not select the VOB's you want and load them into TMPGEnc DVD Author?
