I've tried various freewares and softwares to get my 10 GB of songs onto my computer for backup. Yamipod, Sharepod, and a few others have not worked. Sharepod worked for about 100 songs but after that it no longer accepted anything.I have an older version (not colour screen) of the u2 edition. I'm horrible with computers but the directions are easy and I follow them... what am I doing wrong? What can I do?
Hi, i met this problem before, my computer crashed and i have all my songs in ipod want to put them back to computer, you will need to have a 3rd party tool to help you as itunes blocks the ipod-to-computer transfer...see ipod to computer for help.
