have been using both vsodivxtodvd n winavi video converter n have no sound when the files are converted have read that it may be a corrupt file n thought ok but have had this problem with the last 5 files i have tried to convert (all mp4) the original files play perfect n am using nero vision express to burn can anyone help me?
You may be missing some needed codecs. Try download and install K-Lite Codec Pack (full or mega version), and convert again.
