ntl frequency dublin ? 387.500 missing

Could someone please help if possible i have a digivox in dublin 6 ,Can get most channels but cant get any channels on the 387.500 freq.
Is there any possible ways to get this
when i do a manual scan there is nothing

thanks for the reply scOuser i have every other frequency but i just cant get any 387.500 signal at all even in a manual scan.
i just find it stange that this is the only one i have a problem with
it seems to be dead altogether,
it was your guide i used in the first place and was just wondering if there is any other thing i could try ,
might just meen i go to the pub when games are on setanta 2

I do believe someone had a problem with set 1 + 2 and golf but that was with a Starv*ew and I have no clue what to do with a Digivox sorry

 

i have set1 and golf but set2 celtic tv rankers tv are on 387.500 and its not getting it , just seems odd that i can get everything else but this

 

As I said I dont know much about this box but do you know or have you tried a factory setting and a fresh installation , if not then it could be a local problem with your provider

No problem , keep checking it each day as it might be a local problem and hope you get it working before the season starts

 

you can add that freq in manually
installation>user install>code>ch edit>add>ch no.(info)>new freq>OK.
then autoscau

cheers for the replies , must be a problem with the provider i think because there i absolutely no signal only on that frequency,
think everything else possible has been ruled out now

 

Having the same problem but it's nothing to do with the service provider.

Basically, the channels showed up this morning as bad or scrambled - I checked the codes, they were fine, so did a factory reset and auto scan. At best I get back 11 or so channels, nothing else.

I have an N*L box here and checked it - it's working fine. As in the basic analogue signal.

Perhaps they've figured a new way to block the boxes - perfect timing too with the soccer about to start back.

 

hi there, im having the same problem aswell but with frequency 395.000 in the uk, ive tried everything from using a starview to digivox and none of those work, tried manual scans too, im thinking it must be the service provider but i cant ring them up as i dont have a tv account with them i can get setanta 2 and golf as on different frequency but no setanta 1 the hits or the music factory, tried the frequencys in that link in the previous post but that isnt the right frequency for my area
