NTSC problems

    Has anyone had problems with NTSC files?
    I keep getting an error message saying that the file is larger than 4 GB and is too big (in WinRAR).
    If anyone can help with this that would be great....i've never had an issue before with this format.

    are your drives fat32 our ntfs right click on your drive and check properties ?
    what is you operating system ?
