Numerically order playlist

    Do you guys know of an app that will numerically rename filenames so that the songs in my playlist will play in the order that I want them to instead of alphabetically?

    I'm synching them to a Philips SA4010 mp3 player.

    I usually just rename them with a prefix starting at 00 through to how many tracks there are, but I guess you want something more flexible and sophisticated than that.

    Edit: that was no help, a waste of a post...sorry
