nursing forever,aging stopped..HELP!

I tried to change the system clock once for abt 2-3 hours but since then the two mothers who were nursing are continuing to nurse, its 0 minutes n 12 minutes, it is not changing. And even the aging stopped. Other work is going on. what should i do..please help!! since 2 days the game is in same condition. tech points are also rising xtremely slowly due to this.
