nve 3 won't accept avi for transcoding

    just updated my nero to v.3.1.0.7....trouble is now it won't accept .avi files for transcoding.I tried drag n drop....but NO...? Its really frustrating having to go back to nve2...takes forever to transcode,whereas nve3 can do the job in about 80 mins for a 700m file to dvd.Any help would be cool...thanx

    get a different encoder
