On trying to install office 2007 which I have put into my other computers with no trouble, and had it in this one but had to uninstall because of a key issue ,when I get half way through it pops up a error message that it can not find Pro WW\ProPlsWW.cab and ask me to browse my computer for a valid installation point , I believe this file is on the CD , is there anything to be done and how do I fix it. If you are using the same disc you used to install on the other pc's then it is most likely the dvd/cd drive not reading the disc correctly. try dragging all the install files from the disc using a different PC and put them on a flash drive or another disc and try to install again.
Thank you that is what I did, I installed it on my hard drive on my laptop, went in there no trouble then burned a new disc and it installed ok on my main computer. Thanks Komet
