I have a fairly new laptop at home using dsl by wifi with a B router. For awhile the internet speed was great but lately it has been crawling like a snail. I run regular spyware checks with adaware and spybot and I have zonealarm security suite working as well. I also have another laptop that is plugged into the router (also the wifi signal is encrypted) I just bought (and am waiting on) a G router but the B worked great for awhile. My wife seems to think that we started to lose internet speed when I installed zone alarm. Does anyone else have this problem? Could something else (like 2 computers sharing the connection) be the problem?
Could be someone cracked your encryption. Change the WEP key and all passwords on your router regularly
