i downloaded anime episodes and there in .ogg files and i wanted to put it on a dvd with nerovision express3 but it doesnt take those files so i used a program called open video converter and converted the episodes but a lot of them have audio sync problems like off by 2 seconds wit the video so does anyone know how i can convert it to avi or any other format that nerovision takes any help will be great
does that convert them into avi files or any other files and does it make it so theres no audio sync problems also is there any program where i can convert the files and not lose any quality because when i converted the files wit open video converter the file size got smaller by like 100 mb and the quality wasnt as good
or if anyone knows another way that i can put the ogg files onto a dvd so i can watch on a dvd player then i would really like to know
Is it really though? More likely it is an ogm with ogg used incorrectly as a file ext. ogg files always use theora for video. ogm's can use anything that can be encoded via VfW. ogg files always used vorbis, flac or speex for audio. ogm files can use mp3, AC3, aac, etc.
well i dont kno what file it is then becuz it says .ogg in the file properties and its the extension at the end of the filename
so does anyone know the solution for puttin .ogg files onto a dvd to watch on dvd player without sync problems
Well anything that accepts input via dshow should work, assuming that you have the filters for playback. for .ogg probably the best solution would be radlight's ogg/ogm splitter, a recent ffdshow build for theora decoding and corevorbis, ffdshow or radlight's vorbis decoder. I still think you have an ogm and not an ogg though. Same goes for naamloos. DVDSanta's directshow input is supposed to work quite well, so you might want to try that.
i tried the latest version of avs video converter but it cant load the ogg files that i have and when i try to an error comes up
