i own a matshita sw 9585 drive the thing about it is it wont recognize blank dvd-r's but it will recognize previous burned dvd-r's i have burned dvd-r's with it before but it just stopped working would a firmware upgrade help with that problem? if thats the case how do i flash it
A firmware upgrade may help. Go to the manufacturer's website to see if there is an updated firmware version. If there is, download it, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for flashing the drive.
yeah the firmware upgrade didnt help i got the newest update b101 but there are other like p101 any other clues as to what to do
