i have a spider chip and in the installation, the "D" and "E" wires cross, and it clearly states in the tutorial not to let the wires touch each other, and i did. i managed to install the chip fine and flash the bios. The following day (today), my chipped stopped working. it didn't recieve power. there was no bright blue light. i checked all the wires and everything and they were right. i even reinstalled it and it still won't light up. there is however a faint blue light, but then it goes right off and back on and off while the xbox tries to boot. anyone know what happened here? is it because i let the wires touch?
1.6 xbox and no i didn't install anything else, no games, no new hdd. nothing. bios is EvolutionX M8.
