I would go for the SLI board, in case you wanted to run dual vid cards later. This is the board I chose. http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=241159 I got a case w/ a front panel cover ... never again. At least the one I got had one bay open. So I didn't have to keep opening the door to access at least one drive.
the only reason i included the other is that comes with wifi and i doubt i will ever have any need for a second vid card
I've never liked the idea of built in wifi. I prefer wireless cards. You say that now. I'm planning to build a new pc with an SLI board. And I was going to go with two 6800GTs, but decided to get one 6800 Ultra now, and get one later. No reason to have 2 6800GTs, then decide to upgrade to the ultras and have both. always plan for upgrades.
ok i found this case http://www.xoxide.com/kiktb.html and i was wondering if i get that sli mobo what psu should i get and one more thing the main board size in this case is larger than the one i want is that ok or do they have to match
HEY! try to find a case with side panel fan and rear for air flow because you gonna build a pc with high performance parts that produce heat!! in xoxide they have a lot CASES in xoxide i got all my lights from them great service. i dont know what type of case u like but this one i much like the one you post and have a clearside panel. http://www.xoxide.com/x-styler-case-blk.html and psu`s: http://www.xoxide.com/enermax-whisper-eg565p-ve-fma-v20-535w-psu.html http://www.xoxide.com/thermaltake-twv500w-modular-psu.html and here theres a link for calculating power needs so you have to specify your hardware and it will give you the minimun psu to that value add an 30%: http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/Power_Supply_Calculator.php?cmd=AMD
well is possible but sometimes if you dont use the proper tools that plastic material can shatter or can get crack around the hole. but it can be done just with the proper tools
the case itself already has three case fans if thats not enough i will drill and tap the side ive help make car windows our of plexiglass so i should be ok lol
